SZS Update 1.1


Hello people! 1.1 is finally out of beta. When did i first announce 1.1 again... 235 DAYS AGO?? Ok i admit i procrastinated and the update has been in beta for a while but the next update will be bigger and sooner (hopefully) 


First we are going to go over the main feature

Cybertech:

Ever wanted to be a cyborg killing zombies? No? Well in this game you can anyways. With multiple items dropping from zombies Cyborg Zombie and Robot (not a zombie)  Energy is used in most cybertech items. You can find it on the ground whenever a cyborg or robot dies. And is also a finite ammo type used by the laser blaster maybe the most powerful weapon in the game. Do you ever find the knife zombies SOO annoying well try the shield. A item which can protect you from knife zombie attacks (not other zombies though) Cyborgs exists and whats a cyborg without his eye. Well you can wear that eye finally your character isnt missing a eye anymore and the eye has a special use. Press "X" to shoot a laser beam out of your eye for 100 energy. All of these items must be gained from killing Cyborgs and Robots

Also i will add. This new feature has added a lot to the games "progression" but now that thats over i will show you the full changelog (without the stuff i already discussed)

1.1 Changelog:

Gave color to the bullets

Added the camo zombie. hard to see at times and allys will not pathfind to it

Added the shield zombie which takes 3 hits to break its shield

Challenge button is a bit smaller

Baby zombies now always die to assault rifles

Added ammo. every time a bullet it shot a bullet is removed in ammo when it reaches 0 you need to reload (ammo is not a resource like lasers you have a infinite amount of it) also assault rifles take 4x less ammo

Added a new challenge half lasers where cyber enemies drop half as much lasers as usual

Assault rifles are now a little bit faster


You might have noticed that i added new zombies (and buffed assault rifle) this is because i revamped THE WHOLE ZOMBIE SPAWNING SYSTEM. before then i haven't added a new zombie type since beta update 3 (Yikes) when i added baby zombies. This was because the code i had was pretty much just spaghetti code. It also allowed me to make more complex zombies like the camo zombie which allies will never pathfind to it and the shield zombie which has a shield that can withstand 3 bullets. And of course the robot and cyborg zombies they take varying hits and have custom loot that can drop from them

Our next update is 1.2 which will be called SZSUnity. We will be porting the game to a new engine and adding a whole lot of new features
